Join us at our upcoming 2025 Energy and Carbon Reporting (ECR) webinar: June 24, 2025

This webinar is designed for building owners and their representatives subject to the Annual Greenhouse Gas and Energy Limits By-Law (No. 13472) who are required to begin reporting in 2025. It is especially recommended for reporters who have requested an extension and need additional support to complete their submissions.

This year's reporting period includes:

• Commercial buildings 50,000 square feet or greater
• Muti-family buildings and hotels 100,000 square feet or greater:

The webinar will provide an overview of how to solve common report errors such as:

• gross floor area discrepancies
• abnormally high or low energy usage (Energy Use Intensity)
• missing Energy Star Score

The session will be followed by a Q&A to address any questions related to the Annual GHG By-Law and help building owners better understand the compliance requirements.
