Capital Home Energy will be presenting on various design and implementation strategies for Part 9 buildings to comply with requirements for Step 4 and EL-3 of the BC Energy & Zero Carbon Step Codes. The presenters will compare Step 3 and Step 4 specifications and provide methods to achieve Step 4 and EL-3 reliably. They will also do a review on the overheating requirements (9.33.3.1 (2)) and compliance strategies.
