Join Canadian Home Builders’ Association and RDH Building Science to learn during this hands-on residential builder training event. This one-day training is designed for both new and seasoned Part 9 Residential builders in any British Columbia climate zone who want to gain hands-on experience and fundamental knowledge required to successfully implement high-performance building enclosure designs demanded by current and future code requirements. This hands-on training uses tabletop mock-ups, 3D graphics, and an open, interactive dialogue led by building enclosure professionals.

Nine years ago, UBC Okanagan and Okanagan College joined forces with industry leaders FortisBC, AuthenTech Homes and the Wilden Group, developers of Kelowna’s largest master-planned community. Their common goal: identify the most cost-effective technologies for building energy-efficient, zero-emission homes. A data-driven approach, rooted in real-world, locally sourced applications.
