On Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 9:00 - 11:00am, the Township of Langley will be hosting an online builder forum to share information related to integrated design process (IDP) and how it can help you meet and exceed energy performance targets in Part 9 buildings. Topics include: a step-by-step on effectively conducting IDP for Step 4/5 buildings, key stakeholders in IDP, and real-life examples of buildings that have gone through the IDP process. Township of Langley updates will be given at the beginning of the webinar.

Larry Clay, founder and president of Clay Construction Inc., will give the main presentation on IDP in Part 9 buildings. Nicholas Bell, Project Manager with Foxridge Homes (Qualico Developments), will present on how Step Code has changed how he builds and how he has used IDP in his projects.
