These workshop webinars will review important foundational knowledge for low-carbon buildings, with an emphasis on the latest versions of CAGBC’s Zero Carbon Building standards. The requirements for both new and existing buildings will be addressed. Topics include:
- The zero carbon balance,
- The zero carbon transition plan,
- Embodied carbon,
- Thermal Energy Demand Intensity (TEDI),
- Energy use Intensity (EUI),
- Peak demand, and
- Renewable energy

Prepare to take your LEED® Green Associate exam and earn the internationally recognized LEED V4 Green Associate credential. CAGBC has developed this four-session course which will be delivered by a highly-qualified Canadian instructor with real-life local and regional experience. This course is intended to provide you with foundational information, which will then be followed up with a post-course study plan. As with most study courses, there is additional post-classroom studying that is needed.
