The City of Vancouver and Focal Engineering will present draft updates proposed for the City's Energy Modelling Guidelines (CoV EMG v3.) These updates build on the feedback from the first workshop (held April 6th) and subsequent engagement, research, modelling and other work completed.

A red-lined copy of the draft guidelines will be provided to attendees. The workshop will focus on the more notable updates, presenting the reason behind the changes and anticipated impact to projects. Initial results showing overall impact of the CoV EMG v3 will be included for major archetypes (e.g. MURBs). Significant time will be designated for questions and discussion. After the workshop, a survey will be made available for several weeks to get feedback on the proposed changes.
